Founded in 1954, Kushner Companies is a diversified real estate organization based in New York City with an office in Florham Park, NJ. Today, the company is involved in the ownership and management of a commercial and residential portfolio consisting of nearly 8 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, over 5,000 apartments and vacant land suitable for development. Properties are located in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

2007 was a transformative year for the company as Kushner Companies sold a portfolio of 18,000 residential units for just under $2 billion, completing the largest real estate transaction in the history of the State of New Jersey. At around the same time, Kushner purchased one of Manhattan’s premier trophy office towers at 666 5th avenue for a then record $1.8 billion.
