The Company's acquisitions have included residential portfolios of certain national institutions, both public and private, has enabled it to expand its breadth and depth even further. In 2007, the company sold a substantial portion of its portfolio in one of New Jersey's largest real estate transactions.

Today, Kushner Companies still maintains and ownership interest in 5,000 apartment units, ranging from suburban garden apartments complexes to newly renovated city dwellings.
